Ok, I'll start with the bitter and then get to the sweet. What is it with people always going after the people that are out of their league or completely disinterested and not seeming to have a clue that it just isn't going to happen? Why do perfectly nice guys go after the ditzy blondes who are playing hard-to-get with the pretty boy at the time? The nice guy in this scenario is my FHE bro and friend Tyler, who I think is really cute and sweet and definitely fun. The ditzy blonde is my roommate and friend Jenn, who claims to "just not be attracted to him," when in fact the only reason she refuses to like him more than a friend is because she's infatuated with our "cuter" FHE bro Josh, who is a big flirt and basically a player, who, oddly enough, is also going after people who don't seem to share his affection despite his good looks. I'm just a tad bit bitter because not only do I like Tyler, but so many other girls do, and he's hung up on the one, ditzy, shallow girl who doesn't. Now, I love Jennifer so much, and she's so sweet and fun to be around, but she is constantly denying her feelings for Josh while obviously denying everyone else but him. And Josh just flirts away with everyone, while Jenn takes anything he does with her as a special case.

Argh. Where is my knight in shining armor already?! I've had enough heartache to last me until eternity! -_-
